Major Donor Program
With a $5,000 donation, your group will have a private, decorated gathering space for up to 30 guests, along with some of our favorite Christmas at the Ranch experiences. Whether it’s a company Christmas party, a gathering of friends and family, or a special way to say “thank you” to employees, clients or colleagues, it’s a unique opportunity to celebrate the season while supporting a great cause.
We have only 2 of these available each night and if you have a bigger group, we have options including a buy-out where everything doubles and your group has double the experience.
This year, we’re excited to introduce a new opportunity for companies, families, friends and organizations to host their own private holiday gathering right in the heart of Christmas at the Ranch.

❋ Need More, We Can AccommodateIf 30 is too few, but 60 too many, we can offer additional event tickets with or without the train rides.

Minor Donor Program
New in 2026, groups of 8 can have a private “igloo” to gather in and enjoy the magical evening. We only have four igloos available each night, each one is ready to go with decorations, comfortable seating, and is a ready-made memory for your group to share the experience.
$150 donation:
Private Igloo, decorated and furnished
Up to 8 guests per igloo
Special guest visitor to your igloo to come say Merry Christmas
